Contract And Terms of Health Guarantee

1. General Health Guarantee: Each puppy given shots and wormed  We allow each new owner (72) seventy two hours from time of delivery to take the puppy to any vet of their choice to receive a second opinion on the general health of each puppy. In the event of any pre-existing health issues, we will refund your money (minus shipping if applicable) or provide a different puppy (if one is available). The option is yours. All of our puppies are whelped in a clean, nurturing environment.

Failure to have the puppy examined within (3) three days of purchase, VOIDS THE CONTRACT TERMS AND GUARANTEE.

Bellabullies will not accept any returns of a pet, including but not limiting causes to allergy, relationship, or adjustment problems, etc.  If the papers are lost, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of obtaining new papers.  It can take up to 2 months to get another copy of the registration papers.


Please do not put one of our dogs in a shelter; shelters are not effective in finding new homes. We will try to place the dog in a good home so that the animal can have a loving and caring environment.

 
2. Genetic Disease Guarantee: We guarantee our pups to be genetically sound and free of disease in terms of currently detectable genetic disorders up to 12 months old. In the event of a genetic disorder, with proper documentation from a licensed veterinarian, the puppy with the disorder will be returned to the breeder and your puppy will be replaced.

Note: There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors for example allergies, prolapse,mange and other parasites that are not covered by this guarantee!

3. Seller is not responsible for the dog's ability to breed or the quality or size of the litters.

 

4. The seller will assume no shipping costs associated with sale or replacement guarantee.

 

5. The seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy, or any other undesirable circumstances once the dog has left the seller's premises.

 

6. There is no guarantee as to size or color the puppy will become as an adult.


7. If the pup is sold with Limited Registration, the purchaser agrees to spay/neuter the pup within the first year at the buyer's expense.  Our goal is responsible breeding and this is only to prevent any health conditions to be passed on in the bloodlines.  Bellabullies will sell the Limited Registration pup with restrictions on its registration papers which will restrict the purchaser from ever breeding the dog and the seller will hold the original registration papers until proof is given by the buyer that the dog has been altered.

 
8. Deposits of 200.00 and final payment will be made in cash, Paypal or postal money orders. Final payment is due 10 days before the puppy is shipped or the day they are picked up. No personal checks accepted. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE so chose wisely.

9. The pup will be registered with the kennel name: Bellabullies (ie: Bellabullies Paulie).
